Vintage Alumacraft aluminum rowing history and value?
I have a good pair of old standard size hollow metal boat oars with aluminum original Company of Minnesota in Minneapolis Alumacraft decals on them. When they were available, so rare to find time approx. collection value is the question. They are in excellent condition with no dents or corrosion.
According to the state … $ 100 to $ 200 couple. I paid on both ends. If you have little or no scratches or dents … toward the high end. I found most difficult to find. Ducker rowing is painted in camouflage. and are even more rare … and go north of $ 200 on eBay. A couple just sold at a good price. They are rare, but very want to equip an Alumacraft period. Games I have, none is marked … if there is interest. E-Bay, in general, attracts a large group of fools …. Alumacraft Shipping can be a nuisance and expensive, given the length. I just got a whole $ 35 for shipping … I have seen sellers ask $ 75, which depresses only the value. Hope to see you one day sale … or enjoyment. Em''is not makin more.
