What are the details of the ban on motorized water sports during Holy Week in the Dominican Republic?
If for Please help! Just booked a holiday from Sunday, March 28 – Friday, April 2 All Inclusive Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I was not informed it would be after Easter, I booked. I looked on various sites and forums looking for answers, but vary. Some say that the prohibition includes diving / kayaking / Etc others simply say that the jet ski / boating and diving. It is also the week before Easter Sunday or just Saturday – Sunday, most of what I read makes it appear that the prohibition is only Friday – Sunday, so it would be able to plan the activities of the water the first two days, I'm here. I would appreciate any comment, thank you very much!
The ban is for all motorized water sports to avoid accidents. During this week many Dominicans for beaches and it is crowded. The ban runs from Sunday to Sunday (1 week)
