Stay healthy, stop being a Baker!?
Yahoo answers good tomorrow! I am a budding baker and I often do a great number of delicious products. I noticed, however, the food is very unhealthy. Make cookies and cakes are more or less made up of lots butter, sugar (s) and the flour, salt and baking soda! (Then, all other extras sweet!) My question is … Can I eat or drink to compensate goodness horrible health reasons? Drink plenty of help to better digest fat milk? What about excess water? I know that over the year, but it is more than can be done? I love to cook and I still want to open a bakery, but do not want to be in good health! Thank you very much for your help! Do not try to limit not to eat, but just try to reduce consumption. I refer to a baker, who shows her goodies and sweets to make sure its right? lol. That said, I try to integrate healthy eating outside of work. As for food try to eat wheat, lean protein, dairy fat free without too much saturated fat. Drink lots and lots of water is the secret of beauty that every woman should enjoy, try to take over at least 64 oz per day. In addition, milk consumption is to help your digestive system. I can eat lots of candy, but I think that's the minimum, sometimes not (oh) And trying to maintain healthy eating habits and all sugar, helps a lot:) Good luck woman!
